This older, family-owned hotel with 95 rooms, (most with views; 12 with balcony) each has private bath, TV, and telephone. Located right on the Zócalo, this four story property (with elevators) is right in the middle of things. It is an ideal place to be in the center of Oaxacan social life. Although closed to traffic, the Zocalo bustles day and night – perfect for those who want to enjoy the activities of the square till the last Mariachi says good-night.

Double paned have been installed and many rooms are being renovated, making this a nice 3-star choice.


• All rooms have tile floors, private bath (shower only) with hairdryer, cable TV and floor or ceiling fans.
• Standard rooms have (1) double bed, (10 double and (1) single bed, or (2) double beds. There are (10) rooms with king-size bed (available on request).
• Roll-away beds are not available.
• Junior Suites have internet access.
• Triple rooms have (2) single beds in the bedroom and (1) single bed in the sitting area.
• Limited number of Double Room with balcony available.
• Fourty-five (45) rooms now have air-conditioning, forty (40) rooms with ceiling fan.
• There is no additional charge for rooms with balcony or air-conditioning. However, they are on request only, pending the availability at the time of guest check-in. The hotel does not pre-assign rooms or guarantee rooms with balcony or A/C.
            

Internet Connectivity:
Internet access (dial-up) available in Junior Suites. Wireless access available at the restaurant. Internet cafés are commonplace in Oaxaca

OCCUPANCY

If not sharing a room with another person (adult) you will need single accommodations. One child (age 2-12) stays free. If there are two children traveling with you, one of the children will be charged as adult (double occupancy rate) and the other with children's rate.

If you are sharing a room with another person (adult) you will need double accommodations. Maximum two children (age 2- 12) stay free in this accommodation.

If there will be three adults sharing a room you will need triple accommodations. No children occupancy in this accommodation.

  




Minimum booking is 3 nights; 5-night required during holiday periods.
